Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant to play a hands-on role in a new, high growth practice area.

In Short

• Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solution.
• Provide technical expertise for system integrations between Oracle Cloud HCM and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with Functional teams to develop future state recommendations for technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom reports using Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics Cloud.
• Support presales technical design scope and recommended approach.
• Strong collaboration in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely and independently.
• Must be willing to travel.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent experience in HCM.
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Strong domain background in HCM functional areas of Core HR & Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
• Strong technical foundation in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Ability to oversee the work of off-shore and near-shore resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply them to technology.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Any of the Oracle HCM technical certifications is a plus.
