• Develop understanding of client’s current state process and future state recommendations
• Recommend roadmaps to close performance gaps
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Align business requirements with technical solutions
• Define and refine business processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Peloton processes
• Work as part of a project team for Fortune 1000 clients
• Implement Core HR, Talent, ORC, and Time and Labour
• Write OTBI reports as a Functional Consultant
• Mentor junior staff

Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent
• 12+ years of experience with 4-5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud
• 2+ years in implementing Core HR, Talent, ORC, and Time and Labour
• 2-3 years in end-to-end project implementation
• Knowledge of writing configuration workbooks
• Experience with fast formulas is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely and independently
