Peloton is a rapidly growing professional services firm specializing in Integrated Cloud Solutions, seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead with strong technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

In Short

Lead technical design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Provide expertise for system integrations and data mapping.
Collaborate with functional teams for process recommendations.
Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
Guide teams during data validation and testing.
Recommend roadmaps for performance improvements.
Contribute to continuous improvement of processes.
Must be willing to travel.

Proven ability to work remotely and independently.

Requirements

BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
Experience as a Techno-Functional HCM Consultant.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud and BI tools.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data migration.
Technical foundation in software development languages.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to understand and apply concepts quickly.
