Requirements

• BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Experience in HR functions such as Talent and Learning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of HR data and analytics.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work remotely.
• Fit with Peloton culture and values.
• Active Oracle Talent Management Cloud certification.
