• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between key operational systems.

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations or customer operations.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL and at least one modern programming language.
• Experience with API integrations and webhook implementations.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and their applications in customer support.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and visualization.
