• First point of contact for users regarding onboarding hosts and recommending locations.
• Provide friendly and efficient service via all contact channels.

Requirements

• 1-6 years of Corporate CX Experience.
• Experience with Intercom or similar CRM.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer interaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Able to prioritize competing demands effectively.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
• Enthusiasm for improving customer satisfaction.
• Sense of humor and teamwork.
