Overview

As the Head of Security and Technical Operations, you will be a critical leader within our technology organization, responsible for building and leading the team that ensures our platform is secure and reliable.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years in security operations and technical operations/SRE.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Expertise in cloud-native security (GCP, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with incident management processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Ability to work under pressure during incidents.
• Hands-on experience with security tools (SIEM, SOAR, EDR).
• Calm and methodical approach to incident management.
