Overview

The Head of Technology and Operations Legal will serve as the strategic legal advisor to the Technology, Data, and Operations teams at Monzo, helping to build an innovative banking platform.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in commercial law.
• Deep expertise in technology, AI, and regulatory issues in banking.
• Experience working in-house for a global tech or e-commerce company.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
