The Talent Acquisition Division Manager is responsible for owning and scaling the candidate evaluation, placement, and quality assurance function in a fully remote environment, focusing on high-quality candidate placements.

  • Define evaluation standards and audit quality
  • Ensure high-quality candidate placements
  • Own division-level KPIs and P&L outcomes
  • Drive measurable improvements in placement outcomes

Requirements

  • Experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to define and implement evaluation standards
  • Proven track record in improving placement success
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in KPI management
  • Excellent communication and coaching abilities
  • Understanding of compliance in talent acquisition
  • Experience with ATS reporting and dashboards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
