Overview

The Project Manager (Recruitment Operations) will act as the central execution engine across all internal hiring and recruitment operations initiatives, managing multiple active requisitions and projects.

In Short

  • Fully remote work arrangement.
  • Independent Contractor, Full-Time position.
  • 40 hours per week with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
  • Manage 60+ active requisitions and 7–8 concurrent recruitment projects.
  • Streamline operations and escalate blockers early.
  • Ensure projects move forward without delays.
  • Improve visibility and accountability across recruitment teams.
  • Support optimization of recruitment workflows and internal systems.
  • Work closely with Talent Matching and Sourcing teams.
  • Document SOPs and maintain organized project documentation.

Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in project management and recruitment operations.
  • Ability to manage complex workloads in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in creating dashboards and reporting systems.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Familiarity with process optimization techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a remote work environment.
