• Work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM PST
• Full-time, Independent Contractor position
• Remote work available for candidates in EST hours
• Focus on denial management and maximizing reimbursements
• Manage Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) compliance
• Handle credentialing and contracting for providers
• Oversee therapy schedule management for clinicians
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate with families
• Prepare and submit prior authorization requests

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in healthcare operations preferred
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficient in using EMR and EVV systems
• Problem-solving capabilities in claims management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
