Overview

The Customer Support Executive will provide remote support to law firm clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to a legal technology platform.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in a tech environment.
  • Strong communication skills, especially with high-end clients.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar support platforms.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on process improvements.
  • Ability to work flexible hours aligned with global client time zones.
  • Experience in legal technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
