Our current customer base includes big four accountancy firms as well as global banks.

In Short

  • Dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive needed.
  • Support US customer base and be part of a global team.
  • Manage customer inquiries related to the audit platform.
  • Provide outstanding support to customers.

  • Work hours: 9am – 5.30 pm EDT (GMT + 4).
  • Remote-first business.
  • Based in Ireland.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer support roles.
  • Familiarity with SAAS products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
  • Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of audit processes is a plus.
