Senior Design Researcher - Remote

Overview

The Senior Design Researcher will be a key partner responsible for planning and executing a research roadmap that directly informs the development of our Pearl platform. You will run mixed-methods research, blending deep qualitative inquiry with quantitative analysis across exploratory, generative, and evaluative topics, to uncover actionable insights and influence decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years in experience design/product research or applied social sciences.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Experience working in an embedded model with agile teams.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience mentoring others in research practices.
• Preferred: 3+ years in healthcare or complex domains.
• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Human Factors, or related field.

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000 per year.
