Senior UX Researcher & Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher & Designer to lead our user experience efforts across our product portfolio, focusing on creating intuitive and efficient experiences for our enterprise clients.

In Short

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives.
• Create end-to-end user experiences for complex enterprise products.
• Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of combined UX research and design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both research capabilities and UI/UX design skills.
• Expertise with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting various types of user research.
• Excellent visual design skills and understanding of design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or related field.
