In Short

• Lead qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform and shape TPG’s product roadmap.
• Overlay UXR insights with existing quantitative analysis from our Data Science and Analytics teams.
• Lead research activities like participant recruiting, user interviews, and usability testing.
• Synthesize user needs to guide product strategy and innovation.
• Develop trend studies for our industry to understand the business landscape.
• Train and democratize UXR across the creative team.
• Present research insights and engage with various stakeholders.
• Influence work in flight through feedback in crits and reviews.
• Develop and maintain our UX repository.
• Contribute, learn, grow, and have fun.

Requirements

• 5+ years executing UX research or similar role.
• Expertise in designing and executing evaluative research studies.
• Experience moderating remote/virtual research.
• Expertise in survey design and data analysis.
• Proven track record thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Adept at prioritizing research activities.
• Interest in exploring new experimental methodologies.
• Strong, proven product sense.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Systems background in finance or travel is beneficial.
