Requirements

• 5+ years of UX research experience in a two-sided marketplace or B2C environment.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in statistical analysis.
• Ability to co-lead research initiatives and influence product strategy.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Passion for understanding user needs and aligning research with business goals.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and solve problems creatively.
• Experience in working with diverse teams.
• Comfortable working independently or in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn about the home improvement space.
