Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in UX research/design.
• Portfolio showcasing product design work.
• Proficient in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Adaptive and empathetic mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats.
• Willingness to leverage AI for improved outcomes.
• Experience working with government agencies is a plus.
• Must have lived and worked in the US for 3 out of the last 5 years.
