• Lead the end-to-end partner-success program for a new digital platform.
• Negotiate and formalize agreements with federal and state agencies.
• Translate agency use cases into actionable implementation plans.
• Drive platform adoption through tailored onboarding and training.
• Identify pain points and orchestrate cross-functional solutions.
• Gather insights to shape product roadmap and market strategy.
• Design and deliver training programs for diverse stakeholders.
• Moderate a multi-agency partner community.
• Track adoption KPIs and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to Agile Six hiring and outreach as needed.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in partner success or related fields.
• Experience negotiating complex partnership agreements.
• Ability to build and moderate online communities.
• Proven training program development skills.
• Experience capturing and reporting success metrics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with AI tools for partner success.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for at least 3 of the last 5 years.
