In Short

• Manage customer relationships and ensure success in ACO REACH model.
• Facilitate onboarding and product implementation.
• Drive performance in a value-based care model.
• Conduct working sessions and quarterly business reviews.
• Collaborate with various teams to optimize provider performance.
• Develop strategic narratives with the Customer Marketing team.
• Drive account expansion and contract renewals.
• Oversee education and deployment of technology tools.
• Utilize data to identify cost drivers and improve customer performance.
• Ensure successful implementation of projects for assigned customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years in Customer Success or relationship management.
• Experience with CRM analytics and dashboarding.
• Proven track record of achieving re-sell and up-sell goals.
• Experience presenting to clinical and executive leadership.
• Willingness to travel for face-to-face meetings.
• Preferred experience working with healthcare providers.
• Passion for improving relationships and patient outcomes.
• Knowledge of provider space and technology vendors.

Benefits

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
