  • Drive the effectiveness of sales teams through advanced enablement initiatives.
  • Reinforce and optimize the use of MEDDPICC across the sales organization.
  • Develop and deliver world-class training programs for sales reps and leaders.
  • Promote territory ownership and accountability among sales reps.
  • Enable and coach teams on consultative selling behaviors.
  • Build and scale leadership enablement programs for frontline managers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness using performance data and feedback loops.
  • Facilitate live and virtual workshops and coaching sessions.
  • Create enablement materials and tools supporting ongoing learning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to frontline managers and sales directors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Sales Leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge and application of MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
  • Proven success designing and delivering enablement programs for sales leadership.
  • Experience in territory planning and consultative sales behavior adoption.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven approach to training development and assessment.
  • Experience with modern enablement and GTM tools.
  • Instructional design experience or coaching certifications are a plus.
