• Technical consultation on various Payoneer technologies
• Collaborate with R&D, cyber security, SRE, IT, product & worldwide business groups
• Identify technical trends and initiate complex investigations
• Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience in data analysis and SQL
• Production support for Tier 3 or 4 engineering
• Implement and maintain monitoring and incident response processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field
• 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in data analysis and SQL
• Experience with IIS and Web Services
• Production support experience
• Experience in monitoring and automation
• Collaboration with development teams
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
• Must live within commuting distance of New York office
