Production Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Production Engineer will work with various teams to identify root causes of request blockages and ensure smooth operations in a cloud environment.

• Work with production teams including Kubernetes, Linux, and Windows.
• Collaborate with database teams (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Identify root causes of request blockages.
• Document anomalies and operational modes.
• Handle client incident management.
• Analyze and categorize incidents for resolution.
• Support clients in incident follow-up.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams.
• Knowledge of BPM and cloud environments is essential.
• Fluency in English is required.

Requirements

• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows systems.
• Knowledge of database management systems.
• Experience with Terraform and Airflow.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to document processes and incidents.
• Client-facing experience in incident management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
• Understanding of BPM methodologies.
• Proficient in English.
