IT Production Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an IT Production Engineer to manage projects and serve as the main interface for stakeholders in the banking sector.

In Short

• Coordinate stakeholders and manage projects from requirements gathering to production.
• Ensure proper deployment of applications and modifications across systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects and optimize production processes.
• Ensure infrastructure security, performance, and obsolescence management.
• Collaborate with development teams for correct code deployment and support.
• Handle N2 and N3 incidents.
• Incorporate automation in delivery, deployment, and support phases.
• Document technical solutions.

Requirements

• Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Significant experience as an IT Production Engineer.
• Good level of English, especially oral.
• Proficiency in Linux/Windows/Unix operating systems.
• Experience with VmWare virtualization.
• Knowledge of Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with ControlM/$Universe/Autosys schedulers.
• Experience with Python/Shell scripting.
• Understanding of DevOps environments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and software/hardware architectures.
