PayNearMe is seeking a dynamic Senior People Team Business Partner to support our Revenue and Marketing organizations during a critical phase of growth, requiring a strategic thinker who drives impactful people strategies.

In Short

• Partner with CRO and CMO to align people strategies with departmental goals.
• Set strategic direction for HR business partnering within the GTM function.
• Lead development of HR programs supporting employee development and performance management.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on people topics.
• Navigate change to help the organization scale effectively.
• Oversee talent initiatives across CRO and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams for a strategic people experience.
• Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5–7 years as a strategic business partner.
• Success in both strategic business partnering and hands-on HR execution.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Expertise in HR business partnering tools and methodologies.
• Proficiency in modern HR systems and data analysis.
