Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in technical support.
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook and MS Teams.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Continuous learner with a strategic mindset.
  • Specialized knowledge in areas like Office 365, Azure, and security solutions.
  • B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Industry-specific certifications preferred.
