In Short

• This is a Sales Management role for a team focused on selling Security Solutions for Pax8.
• Prior people management experience is required.
• Lead the Security Solution Consultant team on a day-to-day basis.
• Drive and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Engage with SSCs on key accounts and strategic deals.
• Manage overall security sales pipeline and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to develop incentives.
• Participate in organizational planning and staffing.
• Build, report, and coach sellers to work toward OKRs.
• Coordinate and run weekly team meetings.

Requirements

• At least three years of direct sales experience in a sales executive role.
• At least one year of security, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales.
• Strong communication, verbal, writing, and people skills.
