Security Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

Using patented technology, our product enables strong authentication across entire corporate networks and cloud environments, without any modifications to endpoints and servers. In addition, we use advanced behavior analytics to apply adaptive authentication policies and prevent cyber-attacks in real time.

In Short

• You will represent the CISO and security department in Tel Aviv, Israel, coordinating security operations and activities.
• You will supervise various projects and initiatives to enhance security operations.
• You will aid the CISO in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security operations with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver security awareness and training programs for employees.
• Continuously evaluate and improve security operations, processes, tools, and technologies.
• Coordinate, manage, and report on the status of deliverables between teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security operations, threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring.
• Strong project and task management skills.
• Relevant security certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
• Excellent English – both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Alignment with Silverfort's values, including a passion for security.
• Strong technical acumen in identity security and cloud security experience.
