Overview

The Security Operations Manager at TTEC Digital is responsible for overseeing the security posture of technology services delivered to the Canadian government, ensuring compliance with security regulations and effective incident response.

• Manage the relationship with the Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP).
• Oversee security incident response activities.
• Ensure compliance with Canadian government security regulations.
• Prepare regular security reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and government security contacts.
• Develop and maintain security operations procedures.
• Monitor MSSP performance metrics.
• Communicate security issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support internal and external audits related to security controls.
• Must be a Canadian citizen eligible for government security clearance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations.
• Experience with Canadian government security regulations.
• Experience managing MSSPs or third-party security vendors.
• Strong understanding of security technologies.
• Experience with incident response methodologies.
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
