• Responsible for creating user-centered content across various mediums.
• Act as a user advocate to craft content experiences that drive engagement.
• Ensure voice and tone of content align with brand guidelines.
• Translate complex technical concepts into understandable content.
• Create and maintain comprehensive content guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers.
• Work with UX research to gather feedback and iterate on content.
• Stay updated on industry trends in UX writing and content design.
• Participate in professional development opportunities.
• At least 3 years of experience in a related field required.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation.
• Familiarity with product experience tools and CMS.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
