Engineering Manager - Remote

Overview

Pathstream is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of individual contributors who focus on building and maintaining tools and services for other teams.

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of professional technical engineering experience.
• 4+ years hands-on with various technical domains.
• 2-3 years in a team lead role or 1-2 years in a people management role.
• Well-developed stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and making data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineers.
• Understanding of infrastructure automation and platform security.
• Experience with Ruby on Rails, React, JavaScript, Docker, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
