• Define and implement financial strategy to support company growth.
• Collaborate with founders and leadership team to design sustainable business strategies.
• Ensure the financial health of the company by implementing key processes and policies.
• Oversee treasury, ensuring efficient cash flow management.
• Lead financial reporting and budgeting, providing visibility and control over company finances.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and legal regulations.
• Generate strategic relationships with banking entities and financial providers.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency in all financial processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in similar roles, preferably in startups or fast-growing environments.
• Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
• Able to work autonomously and in a team, with a strong results orientation.
• Ability to lead and make complex decisions.
• Understanding of national and international financial environments.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle the changing environment of a startup.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and MS Office/Google Suite, especially Excel/Sheets.
• Nice to have: high level of English.
