Overview

PartnerStack is seeking a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to drive renewals and expansion within our existing customer base, with a strong SaaS background and excellent relationship management skills.

  • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise SaaS.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing renewals and driving account expansion.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and identify growth opportunities.
  • A strong understanding and command of the consultative sales process.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to build processes and workflows.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth mindset.
  • Experience selling mid-market or enterprise SaaS.
