As a Sales Development Representative at PartnerStack, you will play a crucial role in driving growth through the acquisition of new business by prospecting and qualifying leads.

In Short

  • Initiate, qualify, and develop new business leads for Account Executives.
  • Position our value proposition to generate interest in our products.
  • Research and qualify prospective clients for PartnerStack’s solutions.
  • Manage the early stages of the sales process until handoff to Account Executives.
  • Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.
  • Manage pipeline of outbound leads within Salesforce.
  • Work in a collaborative and competitive team environment.
  • Receive sales training and coaching to grow your career.
  • Enjoy a digital-first work environment with flexible hours.
  • Participate in regular social events, even while working remotely.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience in a sales or customer support role.
  • Strong record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence to cold call and engage in meaningful conversations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Solid customer focus and ability to influence others.
  • A growth mindset and hunter mentality.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRMs is a plus.
