PartnerStack is looking for a seasoned and highly skilled Data Architect to build the organization’s next generation of data infrastructure development, ensuring alignment with business goals, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

• Design and evolve PartnerStack’s data architecture.
• Define and enforce data modeling standards.
• Architect and implement data pipelines and integrations.
• Lead the design of data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on data contracts and APIs.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance on GenAI and ML initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Lead architectural reviews and mentor data engineers.
• Maintain documentation of data architecture and integrations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture.
• Experience in designing enterprise-scale data architectures.
• Understanding of data warehousing and modern data stack tools.
• Ability to create scalable designs for high workloads.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and security practices.
• Fluent with various data types including structured and unstructured.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with ownership and accountability.
