• Lead security and compliance efforts at ParentSquare.
• Manage compliance deadlines and routine security program maintenance.
• Oversee internal security and compliance audits.
• Improve internal processes and operations.
• Manage vendor compliance.
• Plan and oversee annual security commitments.
• Ensure adherence to company security policies.
• Implement security initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience with compliance software such as Vanta.
• 3-5 years in IT security, risk management, or compliance management.
• Experience working with various stakeholders.
• Experience assessing third-party service providers.
• Familiarity with audit processes.
• Knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
