Overview

The Sales Executive role focuses on acquiring new customers and generating new business from existing clients, significantly impacting the company's growth in Germany. This position allows for remote work from home.

In Short

  • Responsible for generating recurring revenue through new customer acquisition.
  • Manage your own customer portfolio and develop strategies for filling the sales pipeline.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients.
  • Efficiently qualify leads to maximize time spent on the right prospects.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for customers.
  • Guide potential customers through their evaluation process, addressing concerns and demonstrating economic benefits.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales Team and other internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM data, create reliable forecasts, and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2G solution sales with a focus on new business.
  • Experience in Payment, POS systems, Catering, BPO, Software/SaaS, or similar fields is a plus.
  • A mix of Hunter mentality and Trusted Advisor skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to work from home effectively.
  • Fluent in German and conversational in English.
  • Based in Germany, preferably in a metropolitan area.
  • Strong data management skills in CRM and active pipeline management.
