In Short

  • Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing and credit notes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Process incoming payments and maintain proper account reconciliation.
  • Act as a point of contact for billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Conduct dunning processes and prepare monthly trust account statements.
  • Monitor inventory for year-end closing and ensure proper accrual accounting.
  • Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in financial accounting.
  • At least three years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and ERP systems.
  • Excellent understanding of German commercial law and accounting standards.
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Fluency in German and conversational English.
