Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a crucial role in applying cash received into the business Admin system for various lines of business, contributing to the protection and peace of mind of customers.

In Short

• Responsible for applying new business funds to dealers’ accounts.
• Upload ACH payments daily.
• Research checks needing additional backup.
• Prepare check requests for returned premiums.
• Provide phone support for external and internal customers.
• Respond to team’s email queue timely.
• Review Debit/Credit report for processed cash.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in AS400 Administration systems.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
