In Short

• You will support our business customers, such as caterers, authorities, and licensees, as a competent contact person.
• You are responsible for the creation, review, correction, and processing of caterer billing.
• You proactively clarify billing discrepancies or inconsistencies regarding bookings and other items.
• You monitor and conduct payment transactions within the agreed customer scope.
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with our finance team and customers.
• During peak times, you actively support the participant service (“parent support”) to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or have several years of relevant professional experience.
• You have basic knowledge in accounts receivable and payable and are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• You are characterized by a strong affinity for numbers and solution-oriented thinking.
• Your structured working method helps you maintain an overview even in hectic times.
• You communicate confidently in German (C2) and well in English (B2).
• You are strong in communication and remain friendly and solution-oriented even in conflicts and escalations.
• You work efficiently and precisely under pressure and on multiple topics simultaneously.
