As a Customer Service Representative for Order and Billing Services, you are an essential part of our team, ensuring that all questions and concerns from parents and students are resolved quickly and competently, allowing our services to run smoothly.

  • You are the point of contact for parents and students regarding billing for school meals via phone, email, and ticket system.
  • You handle all inquiries such as orders, cancellations, and support with account registration.

Requirements

  • You have completed commercial training or have several years of relevant professional experience.
  • You possess strong communication skills and a solid service mentality, enjoying spending time on the phone with people.
  • Your calm and friendly demeanor helps you remain composed in stressful situations and find solutions to problems.
  • You are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ideally have experience with ERP, ticket, or CSM systems.
  • You are open to changes and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics as we continuously optimize our processes.
  • You speak fluent German (C2 level). Additional languages like English, Arabic, or Russian are a plus.
