Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Account Manager to lead and grow our PAR POS and PixelPoint partner ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving channel sales and partner success by managing key partner relationships, enabling sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence across our channel programs.

In Short

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development, preferably in a SaaS or POS-related business
  • Proven success building and managing partner ecosystems across multiple geographies
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Deep understanding of channel sales strategies, partner enablement, and go-to-market motions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality technology space a plus

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills to evaluate channel performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across internal departments including sales, marketing, product, and operations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach

  • Program Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and partner engagement across the channel lifecycle
