• Collaborate on pricing strategies and sales incentive programs.
• Support decision-making processes with financial expertise.
• Prior experience in Growth Stage Startups, EdTech, and/or K-12 Education is helpful.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in revenue-focused financial analysis and planning.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset focused on driving business performance.
• Highly proficient in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities including project management skills.
