Overview

Fandom is seeking an experienced and creative Go-To-Market (GTM) B2B Leader. This role is crucial in crafting, executing and maintaining a comprehensive and evolving GTM strategy, ensuring we are relevant and top of mind for advertisers.

In Short

  • Refine and develop Fandom’s core narrative and GTM template
  • Identify GTM needs and work cross-functionally to ensure success
  • Lead with insights and translate for both direct and programmatic sales
  • Establish a tentpole calendar and create scalable packages
  • Understand marketplace possibilities and proactively identify opportunities
  • Lead ideation, packaging and positioning for new ad products
  • Mentor junior team members for career development
  • Deep understanding of insights and analytics for product evolution
  • Customize tentpole packages for key verticals
  • Regularly liaise with Client Strategy lead

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of experience in GTM positioning and packaging
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • MBA or other advanced degree is strongly preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing and content strategy
  • Excellent strategic planning and project management abilities
  • Deep understanding of market research and data analysis
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments
