Overview

This role can be based remotely out of Dubai or Istanbul. As a Partner Development Manager, you will focus on partner relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue and market share.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business plans for partner relationships.
  • Maximize growth opportunities and ensure successful customer implementations.
  • Design compelling value propositions for partners.
  • Support partners in developing Managed Services.
  • Communicate clearly with dedicated partners.
  • Lead business performance and relationship reviews.
  • Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Experience in Channel/GSI/MSSP Business Management.
  • Significant experience selling XDR or endpoint security offerings.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
  • Strong initiative and creative thinking skills.
  • Track record of leading complex sales situations.
  • Experience building relationships with MSSPs or Service Providers.
  • Solid experience in consultative selling or business development.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Great team player with leadership drive.
  • Familiarity with application and infrastructure software.
