Overview

This role can be based remotely in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. As a Partner Development Manager, you will focus on partner relationship management to achieve measurable results in increased revenue and market share.

In Short

  • Develop and execute business plans for partner relationships.

  • Design compelling value propositions for partners.
  • Support partners in developing Managed Services.
  • Communicate effectively with partners to build strong relationships.
  • Lead business performance and relationship reviews.
  • Maintain performance reports and dashboards.

Requirements

  • Experience in Channel/GSI/MSSP Business Management.
  • Significant experience selling XDR or endpoint security offerings.
  • Strong initiative and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven track record in complex sales negotiations.
  • Ability to build relationships with MSSPs and Service Providers.
  • Strong business acumen and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with application and infrastructure software.
  • Willingness to travel post-lockdown.
