Overview

The Major Account Manager partners with our customers to secure their entire digital experience in the UK Defence Industry Base. You’re motivated by the desire to solve critical challenges facing our customer’s secure environment, so you’re prepared to connect them with a solution for every stage of threat prevention. This role is a significant driver of company revenue and growth. As an experienced and dynamic sales professional, you’re responsible for leading and driving sales engagements.

In Short

  • Create, drive and orchestrate large complex sales cycles.
  • Challenge the status quo and current ways of operating.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for growth in the UK Defence Industry Base.
  • Identify business challenges and create solutions for customers.
  • Pursue new business opportunities in the UK Defence Industry Base.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key C-exec level decision-makers.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends.
  • Travel as necessary within your territory.

Requirements

  • Experience with SaaS-based architectures in networking/security.
  • Experience selling complex solutions and value selling.
  • Experience in disrupting the status quo through new business wins.
  • Technical aptitude for understanding technology products.
  • Strong enterprise sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Ability to take a holistic approach to problem solving.
  • Strong understanding of the UK Defence Industry Base.
