Overview

The Technical Account Manager is the primary technical advisor to assigned customers for all things Digital Operations, focusing on enabling customers to effectively leverage the PagerDuty platform to achieve their business goals.

In Short

  • Lead discovery sessions with enterprise customers.
  • Advise on optimal solutions for streamlining operations.
  • Develop custom architectural and integration designs.
  • Translate designs into strategic implementation plans.
  • Consult on custom integrations using the product and API.
  • Answer technical questions as the primary contact.
  • Influence product adoption and advocate best practices.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers.
  • Collect and prioritize feature requests with product owners.
  • Create automation for repetitive tasks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Confluence.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Adaptive mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Excellent investigation skills.
  • Ability to write about technical subjects clearly.
  • Fluent in English.
