Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) - Remote

Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) to join our team! As Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) you will be responsible for managing and supporting PagerDuty’s financial systems, overseeing the implementation of technical system solutions, and enabling systems involved in financial projects.

In Short

• Lead an IT team to develop and implement financial system initiatives.
• Manage business, accounting, and workflow process improvements.
• Partner with business teams to build out requirements for new processes.
• Provide documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management.
• Define and document functional requirements for workflow automations.
• Develop strategy and roadmap for ERP, Billing, and Procurement systems.
• Perform regular system analysis to identify gaps.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite, Coupa, and Zuora functionality.
• Document business objectives and maintain documentation for integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and audit requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years experience with Netsuite.
• Experience at a SAAS or publicly traded company.
