Senior Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) - Remote

Overview

PagerDuty is seeking a Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) to join our team! As Sr. Manager, Enterprise Applications (Finance) you will be responsible for managing and supporting PagerDuty’s financial systems. You will manage and prioritize business requirements from various teams (Revenue, Accounting, FP&A, & Operations) and oversee the implementation of the technical system solutions.

In Short

• Lead an IT team to develop and implement financial system initiatives from inception to launch.
• Lead business, accounting, and workflow process improvements across various segments.
• Partner with business teams to build out requirements for new processes.
• Provide requirements, documentation, implementation, user testing support, and change management.
• Define and document detailed functional requirements for workflow automations.
• Develop the strategy and roadmap for ERP, Billing, and Procurement systems.
• Perform regular system analysis to identify gaps and ensure proper access.
• Stay up-to-date with NetSuite, Coupa, and Zuora functionality.
• Document business objectives, use cases, and system specifications.
• Ensure proper change management and compliance with security requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management experience.
• 2+ years experience with Netsuite.
• Experience at a SAAS or publicly traded company.
• Experience with Zuora Billing, Zuora Revenue, and Coupa software.
• Accounting and/or IT background.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ETL/integration tools.
• Skills in SQL, Python, Bash scripting.
• Hands-on coding experience for projects as needed.
